The Law Offices of Aramanda & Panzarella, P.C. are located in heart of the City of Long Beach. A high concentration of our practice is in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and New York Counties. However, we do have business throughout the State. Additionally, some of our clients are located in other States and we tend to their legal matters and needs here in New York.

Practice Areas.

Our firm has a well-balanced general practice consisting of both transactional work and civil litigation. Our firm is dedicated to practicing law in the areas of real estate, corporate/business law, wills, trusts & estates, and personal injury. These areas cover a broad range of subjects including but not limited to: residential and commercial purchase and sale agreements, closings, leases, landlord/tenant litigation, zoning violations and variance applications, creating and probating wills, creating and administering trusts, guardianship work, buying and selling businesses, commercial and other litigation. Additionally, we concentrate in contract work which covers many different areas of practice and runs the gamut from entertainment to real estate.

In all of the aforementioned practice areas, our office can assist clients from the drafting, creating and negotiating stages all the way to the courtroom where these matters are litigated. For example, at the onset, we represent clients who are purchasing or selling businesses. At the other end of the spectrum, we defend or prosecute claims related to business/commercial transactions such as breach of contract, default on notes, etc.
